About Us

Owned by Tammera Simeona, who property owners know as “Tami,” Two Seas Property Management, LLC, is ready to come alongside property owners to manage the day-to-day activities of rental properties. Tami wants to ensure tenants are happy and satisfied in their homes. She firmly believes in the principle “happy tenants keep happy homes”.

Before starting her own company, Tami gained extensive knowledge through her many years of experience in the property management field. Some experience includes her key role in the development of a large property management company from the ground up which was the result of the merging two large firms. Also, Tami had the unique opportunity of work for a property management servicing company, which allowed her interface with several island property management firms to gain extensive knowledge of the industry here in Hawaii.

Tami founded Two Seas Property Management, LLC, to allow her to directly interact with clients for greater communication and success. Two Seas Property Management, LLC, with Tami as it’s principal, is a specialized firm developed to provide full-service property management for property owners.

Tami is happily married with three children and currently lives and works in the beautiful town of Kailua in Windward Oahu. She is very active member of the community, served on PTA boards for over 6 years and is still very active in her kids sports and school.

Stephanie Frazier joined the company in 2021 as the Administrative Assistant.  She runs the back end of the day to day.  She assists with billing, maintenance requests, tenant calls and is taking on more every day. 

Stephanie is married with two children and two very active dogs and also lives in Kailua, Oahu.  She is also a very active member of the community.
